Target participants:
DDM graduates required to take the Refresher course as per Board Resolution No. 53, Series of 2010.
Number of Participants: Minimum of 40
Registration Fee:
Php 25,000.00 on installment basis. First payment will be given upon registration and second payment will be due on September 18,2011
Duration of Activity:
Classes will be held on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, 8am to 5pm for 4 months (July 16 to 3rd week of November 2011). Consultations/tutorials with lecturers may be scheduled on Fridays by the coordinator based on the enrolees’ scores in the long examinations.
Registration Requirements:
1. 2 copies 1×1 colored photographs.
2. Original and photocopy of most recent Dental Board Examination scores.
3. Personal information:
Email address, contact numbers (landline and cellphone), complete address, school and year of graduation.
4. 1 valid I.D. with picture
